Steam streaming machine

Hi guys, so i have some old spare parts here and i'm wondering if i can build a decent stream machine to plug in my tv.

 

It's reeeaaally old

 

Celeron D

AMD 7750 1GB DDR5

1gb ram ddr2

And a 430w psu.

I want to know if i can stream without any freezing.

What GPU/CPU and rest of the parts are?

Because he had a hard drive.

probably assuming it doesnt lag in windows 7/8

You better hook it up to Ethernet
