Pc stops responding, not BSOD

Sometimes when I'm using the laptop it freezes and goes black. I can press CTRL+ALT+DEL and it works fine, but when I try to open Task Manager I am prompted with the same black screen.

I opened the Event manager and saw multiple errors, but I think this is the reason it crashes.

It has got something to do with a broken and corrupted registry file.

Try using some sort of registry fixer.

Also use dll file fixer.

I assume these two softwares can help you solve your problem.

If it still fails .,.,. try a new copy of windows (fresh installation)

Thanks
