If you're not overclocking and you're not a picky about the amount and type of noise your computer makes, stock is fine. Though the stock cooler is borderline sufficient for Intel's latest i5 and i7 processors.

Next thing would be searching forums for H440 fan configs, there are lot of topics about it. But default is good also.

An H440 is not going to get rid of the heat of a pair of R9 290s in Crossfire. I think you need a case with more airflow. And an aftermarket CPU cooler would help a 4790K a lot. I suggest a single 120mm tower cooler at the minimum (212 EVO is a popular, cheap one).

Let me know if you want case recommendations, as I suspect you want the H440 for the Razer aesthetic. But know that your 290s may get pretty toasty (and loud).

And if you haven't bought yet, and can wait, I'd wait for the EVGA G2 or GS 750/850W PSUs to go on sale again, as they're better build quality and voltage regulation than the Corsair RM series. Though if you already have it, or can get it for cheaper when you do, the RM is fine.

So what are your case recommendations? (Btw thanks)

For about the same price, the Phanteks Enthoo Pro or Luxe. Pro is  more basic, but still great quality, and Luxe uses the same frame but adds a few extra accessories and aesthetic touches, as well as the ability to mount a 45mm radiator in the room with push-pull fans.

There's also the Fractal Design R5, but you'll have to add a few fans to the stock configuration to handle a pair of 290s. Corsair 450D would also work very well. And those are pretty much the best cases on the market at the moment (in the $90-150 range).
