Is corsair link worth it?

Hey guys, had my eye on it for a while, and here's my question is a corsair link commander module worth it?

Not really unless your mobo doesn't have adequate fan control already. 

this ^^^

 

but unless you have a fancy ASUS motherboard with AI suite or fan xpert then corsair link is better than the rest of OS-controlled fan controllers

It's better than NZXT's Cam?

yeah cam has several issues

not only is it fairly limited in the control and monitoring of your stuff, but it also uses tons of CPU when its running, and can cause lag spikes if youre gaming

 

not something you want running in the background...
