bluetooth/wifi not functioning

I've recently bought a acer aspire switch 10. its not even a month old, and it's running all the latest software and the latest bios. Few days ago i started to notice problems the bluthooth, it would turn on but not show any devices, even if the devices are switched on and made discoverble, I've tryed phones, speakers and earbuds. I've noticed that the bluetooth and wifi will only work one at a time, I've re installed windows and it solved the problem for a two days and now it's happening all over again. I've noticed when it did work simultaneously, that the internet speeds decrease dramatically, a 140p youtube video wouldn't even stream smoothly. Also sometimes the wifi will just lose connection and any available networks will not show. But this you just need to disable and enable the wireless adapter for it to work again. this usually happens once a day. Can somebody please solve this problem for me.
