Computer wont boot to windows

Yankeefan571

My computer consists of an i5 3570k, 750ti, H77 Pro4/mvp, corsiar cx600 psu and a 1tb hard drive.  My computer boots up for about 3 seconds then shuts down only to boot back up and and then shuts down again.  I have had my motherboard and psu RMA'd but the same thing still happens I am not sure what else it could be. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try the "do not reboot on crash" thing in Safe mode menu and see the error message
