What are the best 120mm/140mm fans to get?

Well basically, title says all. I'm trying to find fans that'll work efficiently, so the fan being quiet or loud doesn't really matter to me, well I prefer it quiet but not if it's not helping the airflow and not so loud like the fan sucked in legos in them (sorry for lame example). I'm looking for fans that'll handle air flow/pushing hot air out/pulling cold air in without having any problem. I'm not a genius when it comes to airflow and fans and such. So your suggestions will really help me.

Noctua is awesome, if you don't like the look you can choose from their cheaper redux or louder but much more powerful PPC range, but those ranges don't come with tons of accessories like their standard range, but honestly they only look bad in pictures in real life they are very solidly built and look good even with the colour scheme
