Intel 730 Series RAID 0

Right now, newegg.ca has a sale on 480gb Intel 730 series SSD's for 239.99. I'm thinking of getting 2 to use in RAID 0 as my main storage solution on my gaming rig. Do you guys think its the right time and price to make the investment? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
