I'd say ditch the hyper 212 and re-think your peripherals.  You didn't mention overclocking, and stock fan has been fine for me with a 4670k.  Maybe consider going with a cheaper mouse and keyboard for now.  You can always save up more for those later, or even drop hints to family if they're looking to get you a gift.  Holiday season is coming, as well as black Friday sales.

Also I don't see good things spoken about the Corsair CX PSUs.  Perhaps someone with better knowledge in that area can comment.

I do plan to overclock but only to about a solid 4ghz im thinking. Also I would rather spend the extra money now and get what I want that spend about 200$ in total by getting a cheaper keyboard then getting an expensive one.

OK yes, if you don't have an old keyboard/mouse lying around or don't want to buy them used for like $10-15 then yes, you may as well buy them now.  You didn't mention the OS so not sure if you have that taken care of already.  Honestly if you're dead set on the peripherals and cooler, then I'm not sure where else you can save money other than the GPU.
