Is GTX 980 ZOTAC AMP! Edition a good card..?

Hi everyone, i have a problem i want yo upgrade mi great gtx 690, and i only can get on my country a ZOTAC gtx 980 AMP!, this is not an extreme version or the reference one.  This model has not backplate like the one that its at newegg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500361)

But i am not sure if it a reference model PCB or what; it has 3 identical fans and the old gtx 780ti has a similar heatsink but with a diferent configuration fan in the middle. Can anyone tell if this is a good card or i sholud paid 60 more bucks for the gtx 980 amp omega..? I could not find a single review of this card yet.

Actually as i remember i saw it in a benchmark graph and it was very high among the top ones.

I can recommend Zotac because i have gtx 970 AMP Omega! 
Yep about the AMP only I think its EXCELLENT ALSO
