Zotac GTX 970 AMP! Omega vs. Zotac GTX 970 non-AMP!

Is there a big performance difference between these two? Because the price has a slight difference and I want to know if it's worth it to buy the AMP! edition or just the normal one.

The price difference is the cooler. The more expensive one has Zotac's cooler, which will run a little bit better, but Nvidia's stock cooler is fine as well. If you are building in a small case, with little airflow and have the money, I'd go with the Zotac, but if you're building in a high airflow case, it comes down to looks and how much you want to spend.
