Ha, look's like, the freezes are completely gone i don't know why and how since I didn't do anything to the computer.

Like you see on the picture I spotted the DLL its HAL.DLL that causing it, and I searched on google but people are saying that its my internet card, video card, ram or drives...

I thought you changed every part out in your machine? Time to RMA that processor if you haven't.

Really? Sandybridge? Nehalem? err nvm looked at your old post replies. Why not just sell the 2600 and get a 3770 for about $220.

What motherboard do you have now? In your old post you said you bought a new one. You should be running the latest bios. Swapping every part out leads to a bad CPU.

MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION indicates bad hardware.

Coming across this thread, post #19. If you don't have the money, buy a cheap dual core off newegg for $50 and run it for a few days then return it. After all the troubleshooting you have done, I'm 99.9% sure your CPU is bad.

That's strange... since it has a locked multiplier. I suppose it's possible to OC a little bit with the BCLK. Let me know how it works out. Also post a screenshot of CPU-z.

Looks fine to me, in high performance mode it should stick to 3.4Ghz and in a heavy workload turbo up to 3.8

well, look's like you're about right, Asus told me the motherboard isnt overclocking, so if my CPU is higher speed than normal its not ok and if I didnt overclock (Which I didn't) well my cpu is donezo, they asked me to do a prime95 test for 24 hours, i'll try that

As I stated before, just buy a cheap dual core off newegg and abuse it for a few days then return it if you really want your suspicions confirmed. You'd have to spend $5 at most for returning it.
