A program to monitor GPU/CPU

Hello forums,

I'm looking for a program that I can put on my 4th screen to monitor GPU/CPU statistics/FPS while in game. Also one that looks good.

Anyone know a program that can do this?

Sound : | HEADPHONES: Sennheiser HD800 SPEAKERS: B&W CM9 (Front floorstanding) ,  B&W CM Center 2 (Centre) | AV RECEIVER : Denon 3806 | MY X99 BUILD LOG!

MSI Afterburner, done.

That doesn't exactly look great.
