WiFi A LOT faster than Ethernet? Why? HELPPP

Hey there guys. I recently built my PC, and for some reason when I get to school, my internet is really slow. I did an Ookla Speed Test to test it out, and my download speed is 4 mb and upload is like 0.62 mb.

However, when my roommates tested theirs, and when I tested it on my phone, the download speed is 70 mb/s and so is the upload! Please help me out. I didn't have this problem with ethernet on my laptop.

diferent networks maybe?
