What's a good camera for close up videos?

I have a kind of a weird YouTube channel (at least to most people) I open Pokemon cards. I'm not the only one though, it's a very large community called poketubers, but I want a better camera. I used to use my phone which was ok, but my sister is using it and my iPad does this weird thing where it follows your hand. It just looks bad. I also tried using my grandmas camera but it doesn't like to focus on close things. I need a camera that can focus on things a few inches away from it, I just don't know anything about cameras and what's good. At least 720p but 1080p would be nice even if I don't record it in 1080p. I would like to keep it around $200 but I can go higher. If you need examples of what I mean you can look up SuperDuperTutorials KidsPTC and me PokemonNerd8749 (lame I know). My most recent video should be one of my iPad videos just to show you the weird thing it does.

My cannon ELPH 530HS can focus at something that is touching the lens. Extremely close lol

It also does 1080p video. It is a digital camera though so it can't compare to a $800 DSLR, but it only cost me $150.

Well, it isn't touching the lens. According to Canon it focuses to 0.4 inches (might as well be touching :P

That's one crazy Macro mode though!

I put an object on the lens and it focused...lol

Maybe the 0.4 inches is distance from the sensor? Cause that sounds about right...
