TV arrived but scratched

I only got it delivered because I thought it wouldn't fit in the car, but their delivery truck wouldn't fit up my hill so I drove down and met them and it did fit in my car, but got it home and a big scratch during transit. . . gutted

 

Because it was clearance, can't give me the same model, but getting a refund.

Aye I know, don't mind getting the refund obviously, but not sure I'll find another Bravia 55W905 for under £900.

its to the right of the center abit, u can see it above the bubble wrap.

Instead of driving down a hill to meet the truck I would have walked and carried it up, obviously not if this hill is like a mile or something.
