Sony Vegas Pro need help

Hey I have an issue where if I render a video in sony vegas then in the preview the quality is fine and really good however as soon as I open it in a media player such as windows media player of quicktime then the quality is extremely bad and even if I upload it and watch it on YouTube... please help, thank guys :) oh and girls :P

What's your output settings? Please include container format, codec, video quality, etc, etc..

What's your output settings? Please include container format, codec, video quality, etc, etc..

MainConcept AVC/AAC Profile:High, Field order: None, Maximum bps: 10,000,000, Avg bps: 8,000,000, Render using Open CL. I have tried many other configs and templates but they all seem top do the same...

I haven't used Vegas in years... used to help a friend with HD and Youtube ready videos, but never had issues with the output file. I'll keep searching.

Take a read through this http://forums.creativecow.net/thread/24/959929'>here. It may help a bit since it seems to be related to version 12. Not sure what version you're using.

I'm guessing you record gameplays? What is the resolution of your game set to or what did you choose your game recording software to record at? Dxtory has that option where you can record gameplay at your desired resolution size even if you're playing at the highest resolution your monitor was manufactured at.

The resolutions are all 1360x768 and so is my project settings
