Both would be fine for 1080p, just putting it out there. The Sapphire Vapor-X and Tri-X are renowned for excellent cooling, though. I'd purchase one of those if I had the decision.

So i just read about the 

PowerColor PCS+ AXR9 290X

and also the Sapphire Vapor-X R9-290X (1030Mhz)

 

I need help picking which one is best.

 

Another question is, if you dont think those will do or arent very good; please tell me what you recommend for me.

 

1920x1080

60+FPS

Black and/or black and red preferably.

About 560 dollars and under 

 

NO Asus DirectCUII!

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

The Vapor-X has a Vapor Chamber

Hence the Name

and the Tri-x doesn't have a Vapor Chamber

At 1080p you're unlikely to see any real-world gap, both are great. I'd probably advise you just get a 290 and save a bit of money.
