what is the best CPU single fan water cooler for £70 or less

I'm currently building a new PC and need some help on my choice of water cooling. I'm looking for a single fan radiator all in one cooler for £70 or less.(my case only fits single not double)

If you're looking for a 120mm AIO, then the h80i is probably you best-performing kit out there, because it has a thick rad and comes with 2 fans for push-pull. 

 

I'm not sure of where you are, but based on your price, I found this:

If that's out of your budget, you could try he h75.  It's basically the same setup, but with a slim rad and no corsair link:
