Thinking of getting the NVIDIA SHIELD

I really need the opinion of anyone here who has an Nvidia Shield or has used one extensively. I have a few questions about what the actual pc streaming feature is like on such a SMALL screen its only 5 inches!?!

I tried watching reviews of it and stuff and everyone says its "pretty good" like what does that mean. Have you thought it was too small were there certain games that you thought were unplayable because of the screen size? I own a nexus 7 and a galaxy tab 8. I am pretty use to gaming on the nexus 7 but I don't think I could lose any more screen real estate, especially considering these are going to be FULL pc games. Not just android games.

 

With the release of the Nvidia Shield Tablet it gave me another option but It doesn't offer the same level of portability as the Shield handheld unless there is a way to mount the Shield tablet onto the controller lol

 

So what is your opinion do you think its too small and I should go with the Tablet or is it good enough for gaming on the go.

Hey buddy check out making a ghetto shield, I got one and it's made of my S5, controller, adapter, rubber bands, binder clips, and an app called limelight streaming

I have an original Shield portable and I love it. Great streaming/emulator box, controller you can use like a stand built right in, it's awesome.

 

New tablet has better specs and it's an actual tablet though so it might be a tossup depending on how you want to use it.

I just got a nexus 5 the other day when my nexus 4 broke and I tried using limelight and it was working really well but I still thought the screen was way to small. I think I'm going to get the shield tablet I just wish they would make a tablet controller add on like the wikipad or even the Wii u controller lol.
