    I am going to install Windows 8.1 from a USB Flash Drive, now I just need a flash drive.

you can get away with 4GB but get a 8GB running at USB 2.0

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Erm, go to Woolworths and just buy a fkin 8GB USB, it doesn't matter.

Why not USB 3.0? 

USB 3.0 will need USB drivers in Windows and the mobo website and in boot the USB 3.0 port will not work
