Is A Gaming Mouses Needed ?

So at the moment I use a regular office mouse it's wireless and, It kind of feels laggy at times but, will a gaming mouse (not a cheap one) make that much of a difference? So I would love your guys opinion was that like 70 dollar gaming mouse worth it or how ever much your mouse was. Did it improve your game play? If it did I was thinking about buying the Corsair M95 Or the Logitech G502 Proteus Core which one should I get I know that the M95 is older and a new version of that mouse might be coming out. I know that the Proteus is newer. So Can u guys tell me which mouse to get out of those two and also tell me another mouse that u think that might be better and should I wait for the mice to go on sale to buy them I get all my stuff off of Newegg ?

PS: I play a lot of MOBA and MMO type games like Dota 2 and LOL will it help me with combo like lee sin ward jump xD ?

I have the g602. It's great for League. The difference between cheaper mice and the g602 was very noticeable and I'm happy I made the purchase. :P

personally, getting a gaming mouse did improve my gameplay. The extra buttons are great but the best thing for me is the DPI, getting used to 2500 DPI made quite a change for me.

I purchased the Func MS-3v2 right when it released and I have been happy with it ever since.

Here's my review on it: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/128050-func-ms-3v2-overview-pros-cons-and-pictures/

A GOOD mouse can make the world of difference, it doesn't have to be tagged as a "gaming" mouse for it to be good for gaming. Just find one with a good sensor and if you prefer optical or laser mice and of course the shape of it. You don't want a mouse too small or long, or wide or big for example.

Definitely worth it in my opinion. Gaming mice feel so much more responsive, the extra buttons are great too

I think the new Razer Naga is about as good as MMO mice get. I'm a twitch FPS gamer, so I'm not really sure of entirely what your needs are in MMOs, though I feel it's less demanding precision wise.

Well I am currently using Steelseries Rival and before that I used Logitech G300.

I am not sure, if my gaming "improved"(except, that the mouse side buttons made my reflexes faster).(For example you can use your side key as a ward key in LoL to use it "faster")

But personally I would recommend buying a gaming mouse, because the comfort is on a different level(at least for me).

In my opinion, in gaming mice the staff are trying to make them comfortable, especially for gaming.

(Personally I feel that is the difference between "normal" mice and gaming mice)

And like @EChondo linked that "Optical vs Laser Gaming Mice as fast as possible", you should firstly decide which sensor you want in your mouse.

(Because the sensor is  a personal preference)

After that I think you should look for the Optical/Laser Gaming Mice,(Whichever you pick)

Logitech G502/ Razer Naga, Corsair M95, Logitech G600 (for example)
