Get Scythe Gentle Typhoons or NB Eloops.

I had a H100 with 2 Enermax TB silence 900rpm fans, - good enough for a 3930k at stock and really quiet.

 

Corsairs SP120's fans are really not that great, many 10$ fans perform the same. I think many buy them for their looks.

im aware but you can't always trust those.
