would rather a space ring around the entire planet high income earners can move there free up some prime real estate for me

Broccoli is good when prepared correctly, terrible when not.  I feel bad for those with parents who can not properly cook broccoli.

so people can suffocate them selves and have a galactic show while slowly dying from radiation poisoning.
