help , weird thing with my internet connection

Well I fix my first problem by restoring my system , the other problem was fixed by using AdwCleaner

I have a problem , my local network connection has gone :

I have tried to install the network drivers and i got this message :

the weird thing is that my internet connection is fine , the network icon looks like this :

Can Anyone Help me ?

i think ur lan adapter is down, try either with onboard adapter or if u have a spare one check with that...

its the onboard adapter , the weird thing is that i have Internet connection  :huh:

okay, then ur onboard adapter is broken i think, try with a dedicated adpater, buy a simple one, it will cost probably 4-5$.. :)

this is happening on W7, I have W8 and the adapter works fine. I dont whant to reinstall my OS, I have a lot of games installed so i have to try anything, this is definitely a software related issue :(

this is happening on W7, I have W8 and the adapter works fine. I dont whant to reinstall my OS, I have a lot of games installed so i have to try anything   :(

then try updating the driver for windows 7, get in the administrative tools and right click on the network adapter and update it from there...

Already tried that , "Access Denied "

I had W7 long time ago , I use it for gaming only , I installed W8  only to use it for development / study  (SQL Server, Visual Studio)

that can be a driver issue though bcoz there are different types of drivers for both os, i would suggest that u keep one os. also try booting up with win 7 and give it a shot...

I am using W7 right now, on W7 is where I have the problem but my internet connection works , on W8 the adapter is fine.

 

I have been working like this for a year now (W7 / W8), now problems until now

have u completely logged off out of win 8..?? and also previously was it working with both...??

yes it has been working flawless with both (W7 / W8) until now , I am writing this post from W7, on W8 the adapter is showing up on my connections

yes it has been working flawless with both (W7 / W8) until now , I am writing this post from W7, on W8 the adapter is showing up on my connections 

ok...do one think open task manager, then processes tab, u will see explorer, right click on it and select end process...then go to file menu, select new task, and write explorer, press ok...see if that fix the problem...

stil having the problem :(

restart ur pc...and if still it doesnt work then reiinstall the os with upgrade option, that will keep ur programs and save games...

Well , I just restore my system , and the network connection shows on my system:

I cant access the properties on the IPV4 protocol
