Windows 7 taking forever to boot

Try starting it up in safe mode, dinking around for a few, and then booting normally. Sometimes that fixes random boot issues.

I had a power out on my laptop and after trying to turn it back on after some time. I get stuck on the "Starting Windows" with the logo. I tried booting for 20+ minutes, and then a reboot but the same problem persists. What do?  :(

Heh exactly right you are. That fixed the problem. Now I think I'm going to make an image backup  :wacko:
