A couple of ram issues

Ok so I have an Aurora r4 computer with the following specs:

cpu - i7-4820k cpu 3.70 ghz 3701 mhz 4 cores

gpu - Strix GTX 970 4gb

ram - G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Model F3-12800CL10D-16GBXL https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231489

Mobo -  Dell Alienware Aurora R4 Motherboard - FPV4P - LGA2011 - 0FPV4P - Mainboard https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=1HD-0021-00011

psu - corsair 850w

Windows 10 64bit

My issues are:

1. I have 16 gb ram (2x8gb) in my computer but it is only reading 8gb. no matter where i seat the 2 sticks in my computer its only reading 8gb

2. I purchased 32gb of ram (4x8gb) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NAR7X4S/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

when i put this new ram in i get beeps when the computer turns on and it doesnt post

side note: the computer came with 8gb of ram (4x2gb) im not sure what the speed or frequency was and i can no longer check because i got rid of them. but i purchased all of this new ram with doing a bunch of research and they all should be compatible.

I'm not certain.  I've Googled your system and found some information, but not anything that is proving to be useful.  Beside that need for the kit to be rated for 1.5V.

I'm not certain and won't be much help.  From what I've read the BIOS on your system is older and unfamiliar to me so it's not something I could assist with at a distance
