Pretty good. I think you can skip the CPU cooler tho, Ryzen stock is decent enough

I wouldn't bother with that cooler.  It looks worse than the stock cooler.  So my suggestion would be a better cooler or and GPU with a better cooler.

seems really nice and even at a decent price. but i don't really know the difference between GTX and RTX. could you explain it to me?

RTX is just the new branding from Nvidia. It does have features that'll do nothing useful for a few years, but it's just the next generation of Nvidia GPU.

2070 is slightly faster than the 1080; 2080 is slightly faster than the 1080 Ti. In some games. Oddly enough, in the heavily AMD favored titles, the new series is a good chunk better. (They have something new called Async Compute that AMD has had for a bit.)

 

But, and this is key, they stopped production on the larger 1080 and 1080 Ti dies, so the supply is running out. There was a run on the parts at launch for the 2000 series because you'd have to pay over 1000USD to upgrade if you had a 1080 Ti.

and this you recommended is ok to me it is still under the €1000  (your build is €933,216)

SSDs are 10x or more faster than a HDD for small reads/writes. Makes them much better for a Boot drive.
