Ok, so for someone who is looking for a decent gaming mouse that does not cost over $30, what are some good ones? I've looked at this CORSAIR M65 Pro RGB, but I have no knowledge of mice so I don't know if it is good or not. Do you guys have any better options?

You can find a few gaming mice on sale during Black Friday / Cyber Monday.

For an example, here in BC Canada, the Logitech G502 is 50% off.

The Corssair M65 Pro is a pretty decent mouse -- though I've only used it for a little bit when Corsair / AMD had it at their gaming stations during PAX West 2016 / 2017. Keep in mind, it is a First-Person Shooter design mouse. It is also kind of a heavy mouse, especially if you have all the removable weights mounted.

AMD Ryzen 9000 Rig

  • AMD R7 9800X3D + Alphacool CORE 1 w/ Performance Mount Kit + Thermal Grizzly AM5 Contact Frame

Well, the main games I play are fps, such as Siege (Buck HA), and what mouse do you use or would you recommend? Is the G502 a good one?

Both the G502 and the Corsair mouse you linked use the same sensor. The G502 is great (I have one) but it's very heavy, even without the removable weights. I don't know how heavy the corsair mouse is.

Oh, well whichever one ends up being cheaper cyber Monday I will probably get then since they both seem like great options

Ahaha another Siege player, Noice.

In that case, either the M65 or G502 would be fine.

I don't know if you can remap the the 'Sniper button' to use as a regular button, though.

Anyways, this is what I have mapped for my G502 (e.g. using Buck)

  • 1st button on the side -- Melee / Knife
  • 2nd button on the side -- reload
  • Third 'Sniper' button -- switch between rifle mode / skull-key (under-barrel shotgun)
  • Scroll wheel click -- Frag grenade (ehh not a fan of this...might change it around)

Like I said, IF you can remap the 'Sniper' button, so it doesn't temporary change DPI, then it would be useful for R6.
