V-sync or not?

so in minecraft, i get about 90-120 fps on max settings. I dont see any tearing with vsync on or off, but my monitor is 60HRz. SO should i turn it on? or limit my fps to 60 or so?

Don't bother because it just stutters around and if you can't notice the tearing the there's no problem with the frame rate being so high?

I usually only turn on V-sync if I can't stand the tearing. In a few cases the stuttering is also terrible and I have to decide which one bothers me less.
