Ryzen 2600 or 1700x?????

Should I get the 2600 or the 1700x? I am going to be mainly doing gaming but while occasionally video edit and stream. I am paring it with a 1060. I am getting a water cooler too though so I could still get the 1700x. I know the 1700x does not come with a fan.

The 2600 will overclock higher than a 1700x for the most part and has lower latency which is good for gaming. The 2600 is better for gaming while the 1700x is better for streaming and video editing.
