Anyone seen Meg Ryan? She used to be one of cutest actresses. And now you can barely recognize her. I have nothing against cosmetic corrections, even boob jobs for as long as they aren't ridiculously overdone. But people so quickly disfigure themselves and overdo things and when they age, skin pulls things even worse in own directions, making things even worse.

It is a mental disease, and its very hard to minimize their self image and ego.
