Checked Luggage Suitcase for PC parts

What strong suitcase do you recommend under 250€ for checked luggage. I need to fit in around 20,5 kg.
How do i pack, is 6 layers 4mm bubble wrap okay.
It needs to be under 32 kg with suitcase and bubble wrap.

Can something like 81cm version of Samsonite Flux fit it all, the monitor is biggest concern (69 x 43 x 12 cm in bubble wrap).

Thats the dilemma, you do not want to buy a used suitcase, but what I'd do is buy a cheap suitcase and buff it up myself with lightweight yet sturdy and thin padding. Look at home reno stores, and look at cheap hard plastic shell suitcases, then Guerilla Tape the fuck out of it. Thats what I would do, but I am a light traveler, just a backpack is enough for me.

Used would be fine. Maybe i buy yoga or camping mat and tape this over monitor screen.

Who knows what sprinkles are in the fibers of the suitcase. Just too risky.
