Problems overclocking TR 2950X

Hi,

So i have been trying to get my 2950X to run at 4.1Ghz (or higher) for a while now, I have tried tweaking most of the common settings that are supposed to make things more stable but so far nothing seems to work. I am able to run it at 4ghz just fine but the moment i put it to 4.025Ghz or higher it always crashes even if i up the voltage ect.. Was wondering if anyone has any tips for this.

Cooler: NZXT Kraken X72 (CPU temps peaks at 68-70c during full load with Aida64 @4ghz)

Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix X399-E (Both the 8pin cpu power and the 4pin is connected)

I'm not sure what is common for overclock speeds on TR.  And those temps seem ok, but isn't the coldplate too small for a TR IHS?

You didn't mention using Load Line Calibration -- are you using it?

Find a fan, blow the motherboard from the front with a lot of air.

Yes the coldplate is not TR size however it does cover over where the actual die is + the temps are good so this isnt much of a problem.

Yes i have tried using the different load line calibration settings but doenst help at all. Also when running at 4ghz i dont have to use load line calibration at all and its just fine.
