windows 10 installation & product key

johnyb98

Hello.

Please, I would like your help in following scenario.

I have a pc with Windows 10 installed and a legal 25-key activated. I decided to format specific pc. So, I began installation. During installation, and having internet connection on pc, I entered key, and on checking I got a message not accepted the key. So, I skipped, and completed installation.

I entered key once again, but, unfortunately, on key checking it did not accept it. In specific windows that I am rejected in key checking, in this window, at message "Specific key is not accepted etc", there is no link or button to drive me to a telephone activation procedure.

I full updated Windows, tried one again, but again not accepted.

So, since this is a legal key, and I installed respective windows version for specific key, how I may make it work?

Thank you for your time !

Are you sure its not already activated? If you reinstall on same mobo, you don't need to re-enter product key. It will just activate. Also, if you have connected key with your MS account, you only need to login to activate.

I will have to search for key with MS account connection.
