hmmmmmmmm I paid $180 last year for a 500 gb m.2 850 evo. All these cheap parts are making me want to ditch my i5-7500 for Zen 2 when it's out .

Just remember the 860 M.2 is still a SATA drive. You just have it in the M.2 form factor rather then a 2.5" drive.
Its the 9__ series that is NVMe.

Yeah, hence the (x2) in the sig.  No need for NVMe, especially at the price premium.  I'm more than happy at SATA speeds, I just prefer the bubblegum stick.
