BSOD Errors

I recently built a PC:

Asus Z390-A

Intel I7-9700K

EVGA RTX 2070

2x8gb Corsair Vengence

I have been having a few problems with it, I have only managed to create and load a boot drive, off of windows media creator. Other than that I haven’t had a chance to work on gettig drivers. I moved the PC to a different location because I needed the CAT5 cable, and the computer gets half way through booting before flashing either:

CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

or a Machine Check Expectation.

So it won't boot successfully to Windows at all?

Reset all settings in the BIOS to default.

Ensure the BIOS for the mobo is the latest.

Seems to be a driver issue, oddly enough. Clock_Watchdog_Timeout is a hardware/driver failure. The internet says its often caused by a bad component, weirdness with BIOS, or Drivers. Could also be a PSU thing, but thats moreso when overclocking. What is the wattage on your PSU?

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)
