Is it fine to keep my i3 8350k at 4.9ghz at 1.340v its not passing 67c on cinebench on my h60 cooler

sure, should be fine

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

1.35v is the max recommended, some guys push to 1.4v though, so you're fine by both counts at 1.34
