Does anyone know if the Cooler Master MasterBox MB530P supports vertical GPU mounting?

Even if it does your thermals will likely be terrible. You can always get the bracket made by cooler master

Not natively no. You'd normally see mounts for those here:

As @Cereal5 mentioned, native mounts that put the GPU in this location often choke Air cooled GPU's of air which can cause the GPU to overheat and throttle back, meaning a loss in FPS! I would recommend one of Coolermaster's own vertical GPU mounts or one from a third party like @CableMod which use the PCI-E slots to mount a vertical bracket, which is further away from the side panel which is good for 99% of the cards on the market.

@Gwingle check out the CableMod vertical PCI-E bracket. Thermals won't suffer as they do with traditional mounts as we positioned this properly away from the side panel window to ensure airflow is still properly distributed to the card as mentioned above. Pic for reference.
