So basically I bought a used PC component and it was a graphics card, I plugged in the graphics card set everything up and it didn’t work so I try to couple more times reinstalling uninstalling the card and it still won’t work so now I put back in my working GPU and now that won’t work. I don’t know what to do and there are no integrated graphics for my computer

you could try clearing the cmos maybe. Not sure why your old component would suddenly stop working unless the installation of the new thing changed something. You're certain it's got power and any other cables it needs plugged in?
