Afterburner gone wrong

Hey guys, so I was playing with my overclock on my gtx 1080 using afterburner. Sadly a very risky oc got saved on my "start a boot" profile and now I can't adjust the OC before the card crashes. I hope someone knows a way to help and I hope everyone's having a wonderful day.

can you just take out the GPU go in and change it? or will it not let you change it if you don't have the GPU in.

You should be able to disable it by holding CTRL while Windows is booting up.

By that I mean while you are loading into Windows not at boot*

boot into safe mode and remove GPU drivers with DDU and then you should be able to boot, reinstall drivers and you should be good to go

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)
