Only youtube not working?

Hello, so I have been watching youtube videos for about 30 min since I got home then it stopped loading with the youtube play button in the middle of the thumbnail and a buffering thing, instead of the video playing. So I was like dang maybe my internet was slow so I checked my wifi speed and it's the same as usual and opened up netflix and it was working. So if anyone knows wtf is goin on and can help, it would be appreciated. Thank you!

This is happening to me as well, must be Google Youtube that is messing up.

Youtube is working fine for me, but Discord is not connecting on my computers, but seems to be working on Verizon with my phone, so IDK.
