Favorites of CES 14'

HRM

So far I would have to say my two favorite things I have seen released at CES would be the H105 & ROG Swift Display.  Can't wait to get that new H105 installed on my rig and that ROG display when it's released.

The AMD equivelent to G-Sync. I have not sen much of the new tech they announced yet.

From the article about H105

The H105 also benefits from Corsair’s new tool-free CPU mounting block, called by press “the simplest mounting mechanism we have experienced*” and making installation easier than ever

All aesetek coolers already had this shit... Also prepare for the fans to be loud as fuck like all other Corsair coolers. The ASUS ROG Swift is most likely a TN panel too so that will be a fun ride.

I don't really care for the look of aesetek, replace the fans with SP120 quiet editions - fixed.  Yea it probably is TN, but it's still awesome.

Has to be Project Christine. I don't even have any intention of buying/using it if it does go into production, I just think it's such a cool idea. It's nice for people that don't want to fiddle with hardware or are scared of breaking it.

I hope that if it does go into production, that Razer make it open. It would be cool to see what companies like Asus and EVGA would make with it.

I wasnt refering to the aesthetics, I was refering to the mounting system. Good fans are expensive and if I am paying a premium price I expect to recive half decent fans.

I was really excited about the Asus phones... Then I looked deeper into it, no 1080p screen on any by the looks of it. So s5 is probably going to be my next phone. Apart from that, Edison... That's amazing

I am good at computer

New Corsair keyboard, 250D and some of the new BRIX and barebone systems. Also the IO Safe 5 bay fireproof expandable NAS has really got me interested.

I actually kind of dig Project Christine. I dislike Razer as a company and its past practices, and I honestly see something like this remaining proprietary (if only so that Razer can sell parts at double the actual price). Call me cynical. But that's not why I'm looking forward to it. The idea of such a computer interests me. It's not how it's going to be put into practice, because I already have a feeling it will crash and burn horribly. I'm simply interested by the very concept. Something has to be rotten to the core in order to leave me feeling disappointed, in that regard.

Depending on how it reviews, they have my money.

I'm not liking the battery life estimates though.

Honorable mention: Vizio's 50" 4K TV being under $1K at launch. That is great news.

Same here. I'd replace my Zenbook and Nexus 7 in a heartbeat with this granted it has good battery life
