cpu bottleneck? on gta 5

im 100% sure its a ddr5 ill send amazon link and its not hoverheating my cpu is 28c idle and my gpu is 40 c

ok so its gta 5 becuase when i play other games like csgo its using 60% of my gpu so idk :/

No idea then, maybe try an older or newer driver
