GPU Problems

I was getting these notifications to upgrade my graphics drivers. I didn't think much of them because my computer was running fine. Then It crashed and I had problems getting a connection to my monitor. So I then decided to start updating my drivers. In the middle of updating my drivers, my computer crashed and now I can't find my radeon software. So then I found my download file and I re downloaded it but it still isn't there. Should I just completely re-download it from the web or do something else?
