Vega 11 is about half the performance of the 150. So expect something like 40% of the performance as it isnt as supported as Nvidias offerings.

Well, Vega 11 on the R5 2400G is a lot better than the Vega 8 on the R3 2200G. I'm not sure how well they will perform on those games specifically. You'll need to watch some benchmark videos. Alternatively, if you can't find any videos with the specific benchmarks you want you could look for GT 1030 benchmarks on those games. Vega 11 performs a little less than the GT 1030.

Platyable, should be. However I'd say more like low settings 1080p or med high 720p for Vega 11.

I own the 2400G with Vega 11 and played BF4 on all low, 1080p. If you're coming from console, it's a good jump up. FPS was like 40-50 for me, but I'm using a 1080p ultrawide so your results may be better. If you really want to play on medium, I think it'll do it, but you might get stuttering when it gets intense. Turning on any sort of anti-aliasing really killed my performance, ime.

Never played BF3 a whole lot on it, but I'm pretty sure I had the same FPS but at medium settings. Thankfully AMD hardware is pretty well optimized for BF3 and BF4, so I think with tweaking with settings and overclocks, you could probably pull at least 60 FPS in BF3 and maybe almost get there in BF4.

Haven't used these myself but if you are building a system around one of these CPU's be sure to get two sticks of the fastest memory you can.  Memory speed on Ryzen is important.

Ryzen 2600 - Sapphire Pulse Vega 56 - Corsair Vengeance LED DDR4 3000 C15 2x8GB - Corsair Force MP500 NVMe PCIe M.2 240GB - 2x Seagate Barracuda 2TB -

AsRock B450 PRO4 - Deepcool Earlkase Case -  Seasonic Foucus+ 650
