I don't understand the question - are you asking it it's possible to damage those wires? In that case, yes, if you cut them they'll be damaged...

It depends on how hard you bend it... it shouldn't break in normal usage.

if you get low volume on both sides, raise the volume. If that's not enouhg, get an externam amp.

It's more likely that the issue is inside one of the ear cups, especially the one where the mic聽is connected to.

Could be a loose cable inside or something that's blown.

The cable coming from the top there, is just the one that connects both earcups together, linking the right cup聽to the primary(left with mic), if it was damaged, you wouldn't be getting audio in the right one but would still be getting audio in the left one.

Open them up and check the soldering job? That shit can break overtime, just like mine decided to up and died yesterday. Opened them up, cable was loose, soldered it, it's alive again.

Thats too wide issue to say its damaged. Like it could be bad connection at jack end, interference or damaged connector cable. All these are more likely than damage on those smaller wires. You'd need to drop headphones or otherwise jank them hard at that point.
