Liquid Temps and CPU temps extremely high

I have a a NZXT kraken x42 and I recently went to clean it and remount it but now my temperatures are extremely high, both liquid and core temps. Liquid about 80c and CPU 100c just in BIOS?? I did not remove the pump from the cpu, only the radiator from the fan

probably the power connector for the pump got loose

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

Put the fan back on.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

sounds like either your pump isn't working or your fan/s aren't spinning.

Fan is connected to radiator and running full speed

Found the problem, looks like fan wasn’t screwed right into the rad, even though it looked like it was, my bad, thanks for replies
