Drivers Help

I have just completed my new pc build using a msi b450 pro-vdh motherboard. I need help installing drivers. i know which to install, and how to install them to the bottom of my browser, but i click open and then what do I do to make the drivers actually work? Thanks for the help.

if it's an installer then you run it 

if it's a driver file then you point the stock installer to it's location

Where are you get the drivers from? Did you download the actual driver or the pdf manuals

@NumLock21, Im downloading the drivers from the MSI website. This is my first build, and im new to windows, so sorry for not knowing much.

Does your motherboard come with a disc? If yes, just use that to install the drivers.

@NumLock21, I dont have an optical drive. Im just wondering what to do after i open the driver file.

There should be a setup file, click on that to begin the installation.
