How to minimize cpu bottleneck

ValveAllowsCheaters

So my build is

Gtx 1070

R5 1400

8gb ram

So my gpu is only used like 40-50% and my friends are getting more fps with the same card

Do you have dual channel ram? What frequency? Is your CPU overclocked?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

The 1070 would likely bottleneck your 1400 in most situations, and you should give more detail. What games? What resolution/settings? What's the rest of your system? etc. But it could be a thermal issue, or something went wrong in the installation process.

Mainly Rust and R6

1980x1080 low-high

1stick 2133mhz ram

Its a prebuilt so i dont think it was a error in installation

2133 is the problem. Ryzen loves fast ram, and yours is about as slow as it comes. You may want to consider a dual channel kit of DDR4 2600.

3000Mhz 16 GB is pretty cheap

Depends on what you thing cheap is. The 2133 kit may have seemed expensive to OP.

Will Ryzen and all b350 mobos support 3200mhz?

Im thinking of buying 3200mhz ram. Also currently rust is using 6gb out of 8gb

Most likely. You can play it safe and get 3000, which is super widely supported. Dual channel too, don't forget.
